    Alison began her career in software development but moved into business analysis and architecture in order to spend more time with customers and understanding their problems and processes. She’s worked across finance, hi-tech manufacturing and utilities and has spent the past ten years in leadership positions where she has thrived on building strong, resilient teams.

Outside of work, Peace loves travel, hiking and spending time with family.
