A defence company faced a huge challenge to meet the desired end-client’s requirement for an in-service date. In order to achieve this demand, the organisation would need a significant amount of transformation to improve ways of working, infrastructure and processes.

Our solution

We led the client through a benefit analysis activity to capture transformation activities being conducted across the business. This was with an aim of understanding which activities could benefit the programme in meeting the transformational challenge being faced. 

RESULTS

The company obtained a benefit case repository of key transformation activities. These were linked to programme risk themes and provided a quantitative analysis of the benefits in terms of cost, schedule and performance/quality – enabling them to move forwards with the end-client’s requirement.
